Aimee was amazing; we had a real problem with Shoosmiths Solicitors who at one time insisted we sign paperwork accepting there was no parking with our flat...which we knew there was. Aimee (and Scott) helped us challenge them, agreeing with our findings and negotiating a successful outcome ...with parking. She was always available for ANY queries.

I wouldn't trust the manager Rubel Rouef with your property. He lied to my face (and a witness) when we visited the branch regarding how he would manage my property. As a result I have had to pay out over £5000 of damages to my property. Also when asking for a professional couple don't trust connells judgement of what a professional couple are

They have been managing my property in Watford for about 2 years now.
The communication at the start was great, quick to respond and sort things out but as the tenants moved in, the speed of reply to myself or my tenant slowed down and even stopped due to people leaving and not picking up the issues.
In recent weeks, they have had more personnel changes and I have been very impressed with the latest person at Connells, Zoe, who has been friendly, prompt, approachable and has restored my faith in Connells.
I would recommend Connells with caution given my overall experience, but if recent communication is a sign of things to come, I doubt if you will be able to find anyone better to manage your property.

We came to the market at the end of last year which to be totally honest was a bad start with the staff that was there at the time we was looking at changing agent all together.
Thankfully at the end of December they had a new Branch Manager and another staff member moved office.
We Spoke to Scott and he was so down to earth and reassuring and knew exactly what needed to be done. He promised me we would have an offer we would be looking to accept writhing the next 4-6 weeks
A week later Scott called me to say we had 7 viewings at the property and multiple offers.
Throughout the sales process after we accepted the offer Scott would call me weekly if not twice a week to keep me update and push the sale through. He went above and beyond and has gone above all expectations I would have for an estate agent.
I can't thank Connells Watford Enough
Thank you Scott, B and Amy who I spoke to occasionally but she was more than helpful.

Having lived in my home for 52 years this was my first sale and first purchase â pretty scary stuff !
When I say I couldn't have done it without Aimee â this is not an exaggeration â it's fact
From day 1 of the property going on the market I knew exactly what Aimee was doing to promote our property.
Our timing to sell was not the best â just before the school summer holidays
I limited Aimee to when she could do viewings â no day time viewings because of the dog â¦â¦
No viewings while we were on holiday for 2 weeksâ¦..
This didn't deter Aimee at all and she crammed viewings in early evening (I am sure she worked late to do this) and Saturdays
Every Wednesday Aimee called with a weekly update â even if it was just to tell me to âhang in thereâ
Even with all the limitations I imposed, Aimee sold our property in under 3 months
My purchase was through a different agent, but Aimee made sure I was being given the correct information and prompted me to ask questions which without her I wouldn't have asked

Worst, they will lie tpo you to get their contract signed to higher Asking price saying its just a representative they need to put on contract and then after the sale would force you to pay the higher fees even though they would sell it for less.

When we received an offer and then second offer we was advised to take as the buyer was looking at other properties. And then silence we had to continually chase for up dates or chase the original call. I was getting better information from my vendors estate agent. Really poor customer service which only came alive when the sale almost fell through and wanted one of us to break the chain to ensure they got there sale.
