Jemma was fantastic throughout my buying process, not only showing me several houses, but working tireless on my (and the vendor's) behalf during the entire process once I'd selected one, working above and beyond requirement, and helping me buy a home in a sum total of 64 days. I am leaving this review as a buyer. We've dealt with estate agents in the past and have never been overly impressed. This is our first time dealing with Thomas James and it has been a stress free experience from start to finish:
* During the viewing Iqraa let us look around the property without being too pushy or trying to force the sale on us
* Iqraa always got back to us really quickly regarding the offer. Some estate agents don't even pass offers on or they want to âsubstantiateâ an offer before passing it on. It was all wrapped up in one day and there were no games or politics
* We dealt with Iqraa from the start and she never passed us from pillar to post. She always kept us updated and responded promptly to queries and we felt like we were getting a personalised service
* Although Iqraa recommended solicitors to us she was never pushy or forced us to go with their solicitors
* She was always really polite and very professional
If we end up selling we would absolutely go to Thomas James as our first port of call. To anyone buying or selling, I would highly recommend Thomas James over any other estate agent.

Having dealt with another local estate agent on the purchase of our new home who were very poor in comparison, it is clear that Thomas James are head and shoulders above the competition!
