Very unprofessional service received from Orchards in Ruislip. To begin with **, the Manager, avoided giving feedback, avoided our phone calls, he always had an excuse to hand....needless to say he never sold our flat after 29 weeks! And surprise surprise he still hasn't arranged for his Orchards 'for sale' board to be taken down. He had 7 weeks notice and is still fobbing us off with lame excuses as to why he is late in having it removed. He has offered no apology for this unprofessional service.

Fees were the only positive aspect...but we now realize that cheaper fees meant a cheap service as far as Orchards were concerned.

May 22, 2019Orchard are brilliant. Chris Downey in particular was amazing through the whole process of selling our property. Chris achieved asking price in a matter of weeks. This was after being with another well known agent for months who was not nearly as helpful. Chris had great communication, clarity of where the process was knowledge of the area and good relationships with all parties involved in the transaction. He literally helped us moved some things out of the house! It was great to have one point of contact through the whole process who knew what was going on at all times and proactively kept us updated. I couldn’t recommend Orchard enough.

Me and my partner are first time buyers and from start to finish the service and experience we have had with this estate agent has been awful!
From lack of communication and not keeping us up to date with the process of our property, it has just been an awful situation for us. They have caused us a lot of upset and certainly through the whole process with no explanation or apology for their behaviour.
Therefore this is why I would not recommend this estate agent and hope this saves anyone else the trouble and stress of having to deal with them.

Having just exchanged house contracts, I think that it would be fair to say that Orchard Estate Agents, Ruislip, made a stressful lifetime event, into a smooth and straightforward process. All of the staff in Orchard are extremely professional and proactive in the way that they deal with clients. Stephen Blackmore Manager/Owner, is refreshingly honest, helpful and accurate in his valuations of properties. Charlie Linthwaite took some wonderful photos of the house and was always extremely professional and courteous. However, it was Caileigh Murphy who really did the hard work in ensuring that our sale went through effortlessly. Caileigh is very astute and experienced in house sales negotiations and works tirelessly to ensure that offers become firm deals. In a challenging market, Orchard is an estate agent that works hard to deliver and we thoroughly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the level of service from the start to end in letting my property through Orchard lettings. All expectations were fully met. As I worked full time one of my concerns was keeping in touch, but Chris gave me his personal mobile number, which I am very pleased to say was available at all times, even on weekends and evenings when he was at home or at the gym. The service was also very professional and their knowledge of the area was excellent. Since letting the property the service has continued in the same manner. Just the reassuring service I had wished for. Well done to all the team at the office who were also very accommodating, especially their latest recruit Calvin. I would happily recommend Orchard to friends and family.

After a bad experience with a previous tenant I have changed to Orchard to deal with my current letting. The service was thorough and provided the checks and safeguards that I was clearly lacking in my previous agreement with another letting agent. The advice and recommendations were supported by documentation that has made me feel reassured about my new tenant. I also asked for some additional advice regarding the final closure issues around deposit and how to identify the existing gas and electric supplier as my previous tenant was evicted - all of this advice was given freely and was most helpful.

For us Orchard in Ruislip fills the definition of the excellent agency.
It is a Boutique agency in the best meaning of the word; family friendly client orientatation; always warm, welcoming and understanding. Efficient, clear and supportive throughout the process both Jamie and Caileigh went to extra lengths to make sure the process of sales of our house went as smoothly as it possibly could. And it did involve a chain coordination! I must admit, it has been a very stressful process - selling the property and buying a new one at the sane time, while in the chain. But Jamie and Caileigh - within their proffessional capacity - kept the firm grip of things making sure all was in place and on track. I am very grateful to them for doing their job so efficiently.

Our experience with Orchard Property was so positive from start to finish. Caileigh was the initial agent that showed us round our new property and she immediately made us feel at ease and always acted so professionally throughout the purchase, including during the time of putting in our offer. We also dealt with Jamie who is again excellent and extremely pro-active and helpful in order to get to the end of the transaction. We would really recommend Orchard Property Services for buying a property and indeed selling a property. They are the only agent in our area who are completely transparent and consistent on fees, which is another really important factor too. We cannot speak highly enough of Orchard Property, Ruislip branch
