Felt the need to write this review as the service I received was exceptional. I spent months looking for a suitable Rental Property and dealt with many Agents. Most did not call back, email or message, they simply did not care...and then I was fortunate enough to find a property through Butler & Stag and immediately noticed the difference. Chris & Sarah have done an amazingly professional job for me. They have worked wonders in terms of making the transaction quick,smooth, and most of all, stress free.They have communicated at a really high level at all times. Cannot thank them enough and hence this review. If I could give 10 stars...I would. Highly recommended.

We have just completed on my parents' property after several months. From the first, our agent, Tony Game, has been absolutely brilliant. He is friendly, professional, engaging and proactive. He has worked incredibly hard to get us good quality viewings and steered us through the choppy waters of house selling. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Lydia has provided excellent support in the office, giving advice whenever required and really reassuring us. Tony also recommended an excellent removals firm and a great solicitor.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint regarding the service you have received from Butler & Stag, please put your concerns in writing, preferably an email, and address it to the office concerned.
The complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days. It will then be explored and responded to within 14 days.
If you remain dissatisfied with the result of the internal investigation, please email: Neil.leahy@butlerandstag.com or michael.woolley@butlerandstag.com. You will be sent an acknowledgment email and your complaint will be reviewed.
A full investigation will take place and a letter will be sent confirming our final viewpoint. This will be within 21 days of the acknowledgement email/letter.
In the unlikely event that you remain unhappy with the final response to your complaint, you can write to The Property Ombudsman within six months from the date of our final letter. The Property Ombudsman will review your complaint and advise you according to their decision. The TPOS website is: www.tpos.co.uk.
