David and his team were exceptionally helpful and efficient at every stage of the process. There quality of listing and marketing helped move the house faster than I could have possibly hoped for. Professional yet congenial in comportment at every stage in the process, they made it easy to trust them and for me to sell my house. I felt there long standing professional relationships with third parties was also a considerable boon to the process too. I would highly recommend David and his team to anyone.

He smoothed the way for us as purchasers of the property even though he was not working on our behalf.
He helped pave the way in recommending good trades people for work we wanted doing on the property and with the consent of the sellers, went out of his way to arrange visits for us to take measurements and discuss requirements with painters etc.,
He can be well recommended and I would most certainly use Harding’s if, and when we ever want to sell our property.

When David first valued our property, we were impressed by his promises to get the detail right and concentrating on finding a good 'buyer match' for our bungalow, rather than just supplying a large number of 'viewers' who were not in a position to buy. In our eyes, this marked Hardings out from the other estate agents from whom we had received a valuation, so we appointed David as the sole agent.
We were not disappointed. As well as efficiently completing the sale for us at a satisfactory price, David has liaised with all the relevant people including solicitors and buyers, to ensure that we had a smooth ride. This was important to us as we live some distance away from the property.
David also went what we considered to be 'above and beyond his duty' by regularly visiting the property during the winter months to ensure that we complied with our house insurer's conditions.
We would have no hesitation in recommending David and Hardings to other potential buyers or sellers of property in the area.

Fantastic from start to finish.
From the very first phone call David could not offer enough help.
Knowing my time constraints, David quickly put me in touch with a Mortgage broker to assist in a quick purchase.

After receiving several valuations on our tenanted property we decided to instruct David at Harding's. This was not solely based on the valuation but was heavily influenced by the excellent levels of communication, quality of service and attention to detail it was clear we would receive from him. We were not disappointed.
Throughout the process David was always available to discuss any aspect of the sale. He kept us updated and always responded promptly to our many phone calls and emails; often late at night or over the weekend.
We were also very impressed by all of the assistance and advice he gave us regarding the house we were hoping to purchase, despite it not being one of his properties. David quite evidently has the best interests of the vendors in mind because it was him that enabled us to identify that selling our tenanted property was not the best option for us financially. This ultimately lost David his commission but is testament to how much he cares about his clients.
Should we ever decide to put the house back on the market in the future, David will be the first person we call. We highly recommend him to everyone in the Amesbury and Salisbury area.

We decided to instruct David at Hardings to sell our property, both my husband and I have worked in the industry for a number of years and had high expectations for the service we wanted to receive. From the initial valuation where we felt our opinions were valued and respected by David to the extremely high standard of the details, we knew Hardings had been the right choice to market our home.
Our property sold within a week of actively marketing it which we were thrilled with. David then kept us fully informed of the outcomes of his weekly chases with all solicitors and buyers involved, taking an enormous amount of stress away.

David took the time to chat through the property with us; he also built up a rapport with our tenants which helped with viewings. His description of the property for the particulars was very well written and quite different from the usual. We would have placed the property on the market at a lower price but David argued the case for his valuation and was proved correct!
Communication was excellent with regard to any viewings and subsequent feedback. The property was sold on the third viewing and completed in seven weeks due to David's diligence in following up all aspects of the sale and constant communication with both parties and solicitors. We would recommend David and Hardings to anyone wishing to sell their home in the Salisbury area.
