We were selling my Late Father-in-Law's home so it was emotional, Cheryl and Janice were kind and respectful which was very much appreciated.

If ever we contacted the office and Rochelle was not available the rest of the staff were very helpful or made sure Rochelle contacted us at her first opportunity. All in all a great service was provided.

Cheryl and Rochelle were both really helpful and definitely kept things moving! As we were moving from out of the area they were able to give that local touch that we weren't in a position to (ie - our solicitor was off work for some time, we had no idea - so Cheryl contacted us and advised we contact our solicitors to reallocated to a different person)

I've used Country Holmes to buy, sell and let properties for a number of years and can't recommend them highly enough. Mike and his team are fantastic. When we sold our last property through them, Mike said it would sell fast. He wasn't kidding! Literally within less than 24 hours of it going on the market we had a buyer! Mike and Rochelle handled the viewings, negotiations following surveys and all the communications brilliantly. Very professional, friendly and very honest with their advice. Michael had been out to our property a couple of times to speak to us, as we were unsure about selling, this was not an issue for him. He was extremely professional and answered all questions. We had previously had the house on the market with another company and did not sel, so took it off the market after 6 months.
His valuation was higher than the other agent we used, this demonstrates his knowledge of the local area as we had 5 viewings in 24 hours and sold within a week. His photos were amazing and really did the house proud.
Rochelle in the office was very helpful and always chased up buyers, solicitors etc for us, nothing was a problem or too much work. Always available to speak on the phone and if she was dealing with another customer would call straight back.
I would defiantly recommend Country Holmes. Spot on from start to finish.
