We found a house we love through the Bidwells new home department. Put in an offer and asked to be notified of any movement on the property while we tried to sell our current house. Kept the fact we could have quick access to other funds well over the asking price in our back pocket in case we needed to move quickly if anyone else was interested. Went to show the property to a friend online and discovered Jason had sold it without even calling us. Rang the office, absolutely no apology or sense of regret. Told us they'd call if it 'hopefully' fell through. Unlikely as no-one bothered to call us in the first place when our details were attached to the file from the beginning. As an aside Jason was dismissive, condescending and arrogant every time we had the misfortune of getting him on the phone. Rushing my questions about the property. Telling me he had seen our current home on rightmove and had thought 'oh dear.' - thanks for that. I assume this shambles is down to him just not caring as his arrogance would imply it wasn't just basic ineptitude on his part. As someone who has had a business relationship with Bidwells for the past four years it's a shame the company has someone who is trying their hardest to ruin a reputation of quality and prestige with his general lack of compassion or respect for potential buyers offering large sums of money. An all round upsetting experience meaning we shall now steer clear of any Bidwells properties in our search for our new home.

worst experience ever... been chansing for a property for more than 6 months. no repies, when called agents not available... and later advertised as under offer. not sure may be the deals go through back door. request land lords not to go with them, may be they are not exploring all the options... We purchased a new build through these, when reserving we were shown & asked to sign plans showing boundaries etc, these boundaries changed & coincidentally the paper we signed disappeared, other residents had other illegal issues with paperwork with the same lady in the sales... Read Full Review

Absolutely shocking behaviour and attitude from the employees. It was totally amatuerish the entire way through my dealings with them. I would prefer if they had not spoken down to everyone in their employ who was not either a partner or in their management... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
