Fantastic service by Lee Richardson who is the property consultant . From the start to the end of the consultation process he was been extremely efficient, professional and very proactive. Through the pandemic I was unsure things would run smoothly for us but Lee made it happen with his perseverance everything went perfect. Kept in contact , updating us throughout . He has taken the time to answer all my stupid questions. Super friendly and welcoming and nothing seemed like too much hassle.

At valuation stage Jerome was honest with his valuation, letting me know what I could realistically expect to get for my property provided he could find me the right buyer, which he was able to do. Jerome's confidence in my property and his valuation meant I didn't rush into accepting any low offers but also meant my property sold quickly.

I chose Beresford Residential after getting quotes from 5 estate agents because their photography was the best, their terms and conditions were the most civilized and because I felt like Jerome was my preferred style. Whereas some estate agents are pushy and a source of stress, Jerome is polite and discrete and doesn't hide what some might see as difficult truths - he said he wouldn't be showing large numbers of people round, just serious buyers - which I prefer. He always responded quickly to email communication throughout the process and was always helpful, even when I became a bit indecisive about my completion date.

All of the Beresford Residential staff were excellent to deal with from the outset from the agents to the photographer.. Sam was extremely efficient and personable and a very accessible agent finding the right kind of tenants for our property. Iain and Leanne also provided a very thorough supporting role as well with very efficient and thorough paperwork and persistent chasing of the tenants, referees and myself as well. I have been extremely impressed by Beresford's approach and the results finding us tenants for our property.
