I spoke with three agents in addition to Alexander at BTO before deciding which firm to use to market our property. I met Alexander when he showed me a property I was interested in purchasing and I was impressed by his his willingness to meet at an awkard time on a Friday evening. The service I received from Alexander was prompt and dedicated from start to finish, and highly personalised. BTO had our apartment on the market within 3 days. The photos and brochures looked great. We needed to have our apartment under offer within 4 weeks, and I am pleased to say it took only 10 days. Alexander guided us well through the whole process, the decision to go to a closing date, accept an offer and so on. He was available to do viewings for us should we require it, and accompanied prospective buyers on their second viewing when he felt this would be useful. He was always available to answer any questions, and stayed in touch every day.

I recently used BTO solicitors for the sale of my property. From the word go they were proactive and helpful. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
