As I am moving to London of course things a mounting up. No time really to organise things properly, no time to look at every detail. Sherrie took the pressure of looking at 25 different issues and processes away from me and just went out there and âgot stuff doneâ! No permanent harassment on the phone, no: I sent you an email! Did you receive it? Just: look at this! Might be a fit! If every executive summary I read in my job were so precise and clear, I would save a lot of time. At the same time she doesn't just look for âa flatâ or âsome placeâ; she seems to read people really well and understands what you are looking for. In the end I Must admit by now I would ask her to just choose for me and I would be completely relaxed and confident of finding a place that would âwowâ me on the day I move in. Plus she immediately knows council tax levels , duration of travel to work, where to go and where not to. Pretty amazing, so a big thank you here from my side. Best regards C. Sherrie was very helpful and responsive in our property search which made our experience seamless. She made everything very easy and adjusted to our availability for the viewings. She also did not mind showing us the property twice as some of us were a few minutes late and allowing us to ask the current tenant helped on giving us more insight on the property. Our experience working with her was definitely delightful.

He gave very quick response re viewing bookings, and also sent confirmation and reminder.

Reservation Fee (per tenancy) - £200. This is to reserve a property. Please Note: This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor(s)) withdraw from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provide materially significant false or misleading information, or fail to sign their tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement as mutually agreed in writing).
