Another client successfully installed in my E1 flat. Jazzina and Elena, with back-up from Javier, worked well as a team to encourage the unsuitable to move on, and to find the corrrect prospectiove tenant. They then negotiated with that tenant's agency to agree sensible special clauses for the tenancy agreement.

I have nothing short of high accolade for the Hulford Salvi Carr team at the Aldgate office.
Ellis and his staff have been working hard and keeping me informed of progress every step of the way. When there were hiccups in the conveyancing process, he was relentless in helping to rectify issues and speed up the process. He has shown real care and commitment to helping me and I'm very grateful to have him on my case. He went the extra mile to ensure I was left with no questions at all and was offering all extra support where necessary, picking up my emails even when he was busy with viewings and other transactions.
I also wish to extend appreciation to Javier who stepped in in Ellis’ temporary absence and picked up the case so swiftly — he even offered to do a second viewing with me before his working hours and followed up with the seller solicitors when they were unresponsive.
Thank you so much to all the HSC team who played a part in this conveyancing journey. I am incredibly grateful.

Hurford Salvi Carr has been managing our property for the past few years and they have been very professional. A proactive efficient service run by very responsive and nice people - good market intelligence - surprised me by achieving a good letting in difficult circumstances and executing it well guiding a first time London flat owner through the process of becoming a landlord. My only niggle was that I had a different interpretation of the legal effect of a break clause and how that interrelates to the fixed term over which you pay a lettings fee as opposed to a renewal fee. Still niggles a bit tbh but I would recommend their services to any prospective landlord.

The process included the redecoration of the flat, and yet was completed in only a few days, restoring this important income stream.
