After having spoke with every estate agent in Blackpool while looking for investment properties to buy, it became very clear, very quickly that Christie King were the most professional of them all. Not only that they have gone above and beyond in what they have done for me, they continue to provide me with a outstanding service. I have purchased one property through them and now use them to manage my investment property with another being added soon. They are a small team with excellent local knowledge and expertise, Oliver looks after me mainly and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Not proactive. Do fob you off with sales patter. Lots of excuses why property not selling. Inexperienced agent. Low amount of viewings during summer.
