Awful, avoid like the plague! I rented for just a year before left with no choice but to move out. I have never come across a 'professional body' that is so terrible at communication topped with unprofessional behaviour. Ignored emails on multiple occasions, when asked to contact me in regards to fixing a leak I got told to 'go upstairs and keep investigating'? Don't seem too bothered to respond or take issues any further, truly astounded by the rudeness. When it came to handing back keys, again ignored emails and when I showed up at their office one staff member shouted across the room 'oh was that you' but yet no explanation as to why my email was ignored until I showed up in person. The only time they communicated well was when it came to the deposit which they were more than happy to dispute for about 15 emails. Truly felt like there is no respect for tenants here and nothing but money grabbing attitude and deceiving behaviour. Advertised flat as having a dishwasher but there wasn't one? Glad I won't have to deal twith them again.

C&R on Chapel St. are an absolute GEM of an agency! I can pop in anytime I want, with any little question or concern, and they drop everything they're doing an gladly assist. They email back very quickly, and when discussing replacement of a piece of furniture that was old.. Sabita was very respectful of my wife's an my vegan lifestyle and objection to leather. Chelsea did a thorough yet relaxed flat inspection and was so kind and welcoming when we signed the tenancy agreement.. we couldn't feel any safer in these guy's hands!

When times are tough for a landlord, when a tenant stops paying rent, or when there is a big insurance claim, you can be sure that C&R will go the extra mile to make sure that the landlords interest are fully protected and any potential losses fully avoided or minimised. Any repairs are dealt with quickly so my tenants are kept happy too. I have experienced that first hand with C&R. They are highly recommended to protect your property.

Scott is the best letting agent I've ever met, and I've met lots of them!
He accommodated me showing the property on a Sat, dealing with the whole letting process as quick as he could, being 100% available to assure I could move in ASAP. Very happy with his service and with the property. He and his colleagues are precise, fast, reliable and friendly :-) I'll def contact him again :-)

C&R are a professional and dedicated property management company who go the 'extra mile' to ensure the job is well done. I would strongly recommend them to any prospective and existing landlords. several family members recommended them having been with them for years managing several properties. they took over a very challenging property and the stress disappeared instantly! Sabita personally managed my property with support from her team and immediately gave it her full and undivided attention. If you want a personal service with a professional and very competitively priced property management company then I would certainly recommend you look no further than C&R properties.

I bought the property in M30. It was one of the most complicated transactions I have been involved in and I have moved 24 times. Daniel kept the sale on the road through his concerned approach, honesty, realism, speedy response and engaging manner. He got a better deal for his client than I thought I would agree, but we all ended happy. This is the first review I have done from the 'receiving end' of an estate agency, but a good piece of work deserves recognition. We will use Dan when we come to sell. Good man.
