The valuation process was efficient, they produced a number of viewings which led to 3 serious offers; when the first sale fell through, they quickly went back to the original viewers and found another buyer for us within a week. thereafter they kept the process going, liaising with us, the buyers and both parties's solicitors. Their input throughout was of a very high standard.

Jo came round to value our flat and was very polite and efficient. She was very pleasant and friendly and helped the whole procedure run smoothly. She then came round to take photos once we had decided to advertise the property with sandersons and again was very efficient (even though our flat layout was testing it didnt beat Jo and it was great to finally see a layout of our complicated flat). The write up Jo gave our flat was brilliant and we were able to sell our flat on the first viewing a week later. This was excellent for us as we had already found a property we wanted to buy and were now able to make an offer.

Throughout the sale Simon and Jo kept us informed and any calls made were always polite and friendly.I have no complaints about the service and would highly recommend them.

Having sold our flat through Sandersons, very quickly, we were able to negotiate an acceptable offer on the house we wanted to buy. Simon was very helpful in negotiating the offer with the owners and a price was agreed in a very short time. The whole purchase went through very smoothly and any queries I had were answered efficiently and effectively. Cannot fault the service we received from all of the staff and will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
