We specifically sought out Marcus to sell our property as we had a positive experience of buying through him before. Despite the slowing market, we were insistent that we wouldn't sell below the asking price and needed to move before Christmas. He rose to the challenge and we had offers within 48 hours of going on the market and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. At every point, we felt fully informed of every step that was being taken and Marcus went above and beyond his role in advising us about difficulties with our new purchase too. Communication was always efficient and he was flexible and responsive to phone calls, emails and WhatsApp, depending on what was most convenient for us at the time. As well as his professionalism, Marcus is a really nice guy and helped us keep a sense of humour when things got complicated with our 6 person chain. I couldn't recommend a better agent for either buying or selling and wish Fine Homes Property much success in future!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
