Would like to thank Josh for his professional service when selling my house in Wednesbury. From original contact for the valuation right through to completion he (and his team behind the scenes) was fantastic. His communication was brilliant putting me as the seller at ease especially as he was very on top of everything at all times. Very happy with the valuation and speed of sale too, very fair indeed. 5/5 service in all aspects and again can't thank them enough!!

We recently purchased a house which was sold through Skitts. It wasn't the most of straight forward purchases for reasons outside of theirs (or our) control. However throughout the long drawn out process we were kept fully informed by both Sylwia and Jo who ensured that everyone was kept up to date on progress. They chased all parties to conclude actions in a very sympathetic and professional manner and kept their cool at all times despite all the emotion that house moving brings. This isn't the first time that we have used Skitts - i actually used them just over 15 years ago to sell our previous house and they were brilliant then. A definite recommend to anyone thinking of looking for a great agent. Thank you again to Sylwia for all her help and support.

A long and arduous sale/purchase process was made bearable by the utter competence, accessibility and friendliness of all at Skitts. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They were there with advice and help, or even just a sympathetic ear for every hurdle we encountered. They pre-empted problems and worked on a resolution without having to be prompted to do so. I'm going to miss my regular updates with Josh and Rachel - I may have to pop in just to say hi now and then.

I don't often write reviews. But wanted to share the positive experience we had using Skitts in Great Bridge.
Selling a much loved family home when your parents have passed away is a daunting and emotional proposition.
From the initial contact Skitts Great Bridge have been totally professional and compassionate. We were really were not looking forward to dealing with an estate agent after some dubious experiences with large estate agent chains in the past.
However We were pleasantly surprised by the commitment of the team at Skitts Great Bridge branch.
From our initial meeting with Gags We felt we were looked after professionally and compassionately. Rachel and Joshua kept us well informed with much appreciated weekly updates. The advice we were given was always accurate and reassuring . We never even had to visit the office as Gags collected any required documents from our home address.
So a big thank you to Gags, Rachel and Joshua for making a difficult time much less stressful than it could have been.
