i previously bought a property last year in Gt Harwood and received excellent customer service from Mortimers. Never sure what to expect with staff changes, however I needn't have had any concerns.
Danny was on top of everything from day one. I had looked at other properties with Keenan's ( who never even followed up the viewing) and a couple of others, but was so impressed with Danny from the start.
He answered my questions with openness and honesty, which was refreshing. Estate agents so often give stock answers which can insult the intelligence. He liaised with the seller to have further questions answered and kept me fully updated.
Having being in sales I have been shocked whilst buying a number of properties, at how little effort goes into selling properties, thus doing the vendor a real disservice, not the case at Mortimers. Danny worked equally hard for the vendor and myself.
Will be recommending Mortimers GH to everyone I speak to looking to purchase in that area.

In a very competitive terraced house market Kimberley and Daniel worked very hard to get potential buyers through the door and secure a sale.
