I came from oversea and lived in Lewes for a short period under 12 month with two children. At the beginning, I sent inquiries to several letting agencies but no one except BPM returned me positive reply. Darren showed me two properties fit to my requirements and we rented a great house only 5 min walk from the school of my children. The house was well maintained and all troubles we met including leaky pipe and faucet were fixed in a few days. The house cleaning fee at the end of term was fair and the rest of the deposit was smoothly refunded. I am completely satisfied and will recommend BPM to my colleagues.

Do not deal with these condescending agents whose proprietor has overwhelming contempt for tenants. I was told the shower worked, therefore it did not need replacing, even though the dial was broken and falling off, the attachment was snapped and the head encrusted with lime scale. To get any work done was a battle, including repairing a lethally dangerous window that was ready to slide and decapitate at any moment and any attempt a reasonable discord was met with total disregard by Darren Bradley. He also let himself in to the property without my permission, which caused me a great deal of shock on my arrival home to find him answering the door as I got my keys out. Furthermore, there were inspections every three months which were intrusive and insulting to our responsible attitude. This agency should be shut down. The man who runs it is an idiot. I am a landlord myself and people like him who treat tenants as second rate citizens regardless of what they pay, give agents a bad name.

I particularly like the fact that I can approach any member of staff in my local Plymstock branch with any issue and they have all been very understanding and patient with a novice to the role of Landlord. I am now considering the possibility of buying another buy to let property and shall continue to use their services for both properties as a result of past experience.

I bought a property through Bradleys 2+ years ago and then rented it out using their property management service. I have always found them efficient and helpful.I have recently had the first change of tenants which was managed by Bradleys in a well organised fashion. I particularly like the fact that I can approach any member of staff in my local Plymstock branch with any issue and they have all been very understanding and patient with a novice to the role of Landlord. I am now considering the possibility of buying another buy to let property and shall continue to use their services for both properties as a result of past experience.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
