I called to Portico to arrange the viewing of a property I am potentially interested to buy and was told that the property is under offer and another buyer is at the convyancing stage.....however they are still showing the flat to the potential buyers to adhere to the conttact requirements.
This being said, so far I was not able to view the property. They wouldnt give me any reasonable evening slots...only day time, even though I notified them I am workign full time and it is very difficult to arrange a viewing during the day time. Evenually agreed to come over during lunch, and was notified one hour prior to the viewing that the agent canceled as he was double booked.
We rescheduled for the same (lunch) time on the next day....which is tomorrow, so let me see if the viewing is going to happen.
When I wanted to complain about the short notice cancellation and difficulty to arrange the viewing and requested to speak to the head of sales, or head of the department, they actually pass the phone to each other....between agents....(David and Matt @ sales team in Portico, Highbury) which leaves me no choice but publishing my feedback here.

We used Portico for a sale. They were efficient and easy to deal with, getting our listing on promptly and communicating regularly. David helped us with the process of listing, mainly, and his energy persuaded us to go with the company as sole agent.
