Fantastic service. It was a difficult sale and Caroline was so on point chasing the solicitors relentlessly, without her dedication I don't think the sale would have completed. It is not my first time dealing with Alphabet City, mostly I have used them for rental management and again so very professional and helpful. I have been a client of Alphabet city for 26 years. I bought the property from them in 1999, they rented it for me for 25 years, and they have sold it now.
Full circle. They have been extremely professional throughout these year. A Gem in the multiple estate agents in London.

Alphabet City have been wonderful letting agents for my property for eleven years and have just sold it. Handling the recent sale no agency could have been better. They negotiated an excellent price and it sold on the first day of the advert. Knowing I wanted the conveyancing completed in super fast time (to beat the new tax year), Alphabet gently but forcefully pushed my solicitor and the buyer's solicitor into moving much faster than is usual. Due to Alphabet's persistence and professionalism we beat the tax year. They kept me informed at every stage.
If anyone out there is looking to let their property, to rent a property or to sell a property, no agency could look after you as well as Alphabet City. I gave five stars because 100 stars was not available.

I used Alphabet City to purchase our first property with my partner. As first time buyers we done our research however we still needed support and guidance. From start to finish we got great service and support throughout the whole process. Viewings were easy to arrange and we requested to visit several times and it was never an issue. Caroline guided us through the process and made it extremely easy to understand and ensured the purchase progressed with pace. Even after the sale we had some small follow ups and we continued to get the same great service. I would highly recommend Alphabet City. I have no negatives for them.
