It has just taken us 18 months to downsize due to losing 2 buyers at the 'Exchange of Contracts' stage. The third sale was successful and throughout we had amazing support from Andrew and Chris during what was an extremely stressful period. Strongly recommend them and their team to anyone buying or selling.

Do not use this company for anything. I unfortunately fell for their lies when I originally rented a property being told it was long term with view to buy. Do not use this company for anything.
I unfortunately fell for their lies when I originally rented a property being told it was long term with view to buy. I vacated well over a year ago, they have failed to make payment on an electric bill for a period I wasn’t in the property for despite numerous times emailing and being told they would sort. I am now being sent ongoing debt collection letters for a £135 bill! They are now putting the blame onto the diocese who owned the property. Farrons were however paid to rent and deal with the property management therefore it falls and fell on them to pay and sort. Please avoid at all costs

DO NOT TRUST A WORD YOU ARE TOLD! The amount of lies that spew out of the mouths of people that work at Farrons is despicable. I’ve always know that people working in real estate are as trustworthy as people in car sales but Farrons take things to an all time low. Will tell you anything you want to hear to get the deal done only later to deny everything because it’s ‘not in writing’. We’ve also reported a live electrical cable visible at the surface but Farrons have had no interest in resolving this, which left us at high risk of injury or death. This is not only unethical but highly illegal. Save yourselves the disappointment and go with someone else. Honestly ANYONE else is better than this bunch of rouge traders!
