Our main agent was William von Siegmund who has now left Woking. He was extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with. Adele was the next person we dealt with most and she was also professional, organised and helpful. We had lesss to do with Nick but he was also pleasant and helpful. We would recommend all of them.

Seem to be very competetive. It was helpfully pointed out to us that we could have a joint agency at the same percentage, where winner takes all. We did not know about this.

Very dishonest service. We had to abandon the purchase a few weeks before exchanging contracts. When we made our initial offer, we agreed with the estate agent that the offer was subject to surveys. The state agent was very reassuring saying that they would negotiate the price for us if there were any issues identified.
Unfortunately, the survey revealed the presence of asbestos throughout the house and issues with windows that required costly repairs.
Price negotiation that was promised on a few different occasions has never happened, even though we requested that the vendor covers only part of the asbestos removal which we thought was fair.
Annoyingly, a few weeks before our survey was completed, the estate agent told us about their previous customer who discovered asbestos in the property they were about to purchase and the price being significantly reduced to cover the cost of asbestos removal.
When we raised our concerns and told the estate agent we felt misled, the manager, in a rather rude email, replied that he did not agree with our claim of being misled. Shocking!
Very distressing experience that led to significant emotional and financial loses.

In the space of a year they messed up my renewal, lost me money on a deposit and no apology and I haven't spoken to a single employee!!! Last month I lost 50% of my rental income and they still haven't told me why. 3x emails and calls nothing!! Will be leave asap.
Management Commission is cheap but you get what you pay for!! (Nothing)

ALL WOKING PROPERTY BUYERS BEWARE of cARSon & Co, Commercial Way.
*They congratulated me on Monday 15th, issued the Memorandum of Sale to all parties on Wednesday 17th, rang at 4pm the following Tuesday 23rd to ask me to increase the price that had been accepted. I was given 1 hour to cancel my Surveyor scheduled for the following day.
Purposefully creating a gazump either by Agent or instructed by Client immediately prior to a critical decision point in the sale process i.e. a survey, when 1) an Acceptance of Offer has been confirmed in writing and 2) a Memorandum Sales has been issued is exceptionally poor. cARSon Co. Woking are simply not to be trusted as their actions have shown.
The only recommendation for the staff in Woking branch is they read the National Association of Estate Agents conduct rules 2.1. and 2.2 and manage their clients better to avoid breaking them.
RATING = Zero
SUGGESTION : Buy through another Woking agent unless you wish to be stitched up.

I was very pleased with the Carsons & Co service. They created a very smart looking multi page contemporary broucher for the sale, compared to other agents where it looks a bit untidy. Their branch is located really well in Woking, it stands out nicely.
The flat sold very quickly thanks to Adele keeping her interested buyers informed. The sale then progressed with the support of Melanie who liased between both solicitors to keep the momentum going which was very usefull for leasehold sales.
On the day of completion Adele was able to take meter readings for handover as I was not about that day so the service was great right to the end.

Ridiculously expensive and they tried to overcharge us when we moved in because "the fees had just gone up" but weren't updated on the website, another big coincidence.

It has so far taken 3 months to get some simple works completed on the property. Our wardrobe shelf collapsed over 2 weeks ago and we have been living with clothes all over the flat and no one has been out to fix what is a very easy fix. None of the people I deal with call me back, despite me requesting they do so on several occasions. Everything I call up to chase seems to have just been done or has just been replied to, some very huge coincidences as it happens every time I call to chase them. They don't care about us as tenants so long as the landlord is protected. When we first looked around properties the estate agent went to a different property across the other side of town because it was a spacious 2 bed property, and they were key words we had used; we had not been told about this place or asked to see it. We were kept waiting for 45 minutes just to see the property we had agreed to view. And no one covers their colleagues emails whilst on their days off, so an important email could be waiting for a reply for two days before being seen. Shoddy operation at best. Brilliant for landlords; you won't be required to do any works but will get paid.

Efficient and informative with viewings and any queries we had.

I would highly recommend this agent and their very helpful staff members.
