When I told my neighbours that I was going to put my property on the market all three recommended Chas Lowe stating how good they are. I can say they were right I was given the best help and advise I could ask for. Every member of Chas Lowe was so kind and helpful. Being an older person living on my this is much appreciated. Soon they had sold my property. They helped me from the finish. If you are looking for an Estate Agent then use Chas Lowe who will be there for you.

Never thought how hard it would be to complete before the stamp duty deadline, but agent did everything possible to save me a lot of money. They are friendly, always answer calls, emails and being such an established company have built up fab rapport and respect from all the local solicitors. The solicitor they recommended me was also amazing. Thank you all so much, with a massive thank you to Michelle who progressed my sale and kept me sane!

I am so glad I heard about Chas Lowe Estates and would recommend using them to anyone that asked me, by far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with.
I had met couple of other agents before my meeting with the representative from Chas Low, and i have to say from that first meeting with James, I knew I had found the right estate agents to use.
James was very professional and friendly, he explained the whole process and how his team would help with the sale of my property from start to finish and you just knew he would be able to deliver on the service he said he could provide.
During the process of selling my property I came in contact with all the members of the team David, Anthony and Michelle and have to say all provided a very professional service along the way and were all hands on and up to date on the latest happening re viewing and offers etc whenever I rang the office.
I have to give a special thanks to Michelle who handled to final stages up to completion, she was always on top of the situation and in touch with the various parties to ensure the paperwork flowed between the two sides to keep the process on track.

I am so glad I heard about Chas Lowe Estates and would recommend using them to anyone that asked me, by far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with.

Chas R Lowe took on my property as a share part way through the selling process with another agent. I found them very on the ball, responsive and seemed to know their business. Terrible service,Gave them my keys in July and sent me a contract I never agreed to and requested a new draft and they kept saying they will send it but never did.Had one viewing in 4 months they held on to my keys and no bill board.There service is appalling. Terrible service,Gave them my keys in July and sent me a contract I never agreed to and requested a new draft and they kept saying they will send it but never did.Had one viewing in 4 months they held on to my keys and no bill board.There service is appalling. Staff met me in flat on day of viewing and was asking who I was.
