I could not recommend Fergus enough. He showed great knowledge of the market and his customer service from the start of the sales process to the finish was brilliant. A viewing meeting attracting more than ten potential buyers resulting in a very successful outcome. Why people still throw away their money to high street agents charging 4/5 times as much is a mystery to me.

Why would anyone use a High Street Agent these days? - Probably because they don't know about Harding Estate Agents!
From the minute I received a recommendation from a colleague, right up until I accepted an offer (Just a few weeks later) - The service provided was second to none.
Fergus' communication is fantastic and he provides a personal, reliable service. The best bit - I saved nearly £3000!
Highly Recommended and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and colleagues.

From our initial meeting with Fergus through to the sale of our property Harding acted in a thoroughly professional manner and were a pleasure to deal with. We received a professional and friendly service with both home and business sold within a week of being marketed by Fergus at Hardings. With a set fee agreed we had no hidden charges to worry about either. I have used other estate agents in the past and been dissatisfied with the level of service they have given. My faith has now been restored. Definitely a company I would recommend.
