What a gem of an agency, Waterlows. Joel Woudstra clearly wants to find a person the right place and he goes that extra mile in terms of quality, friendly professionalism. I would say be cautious of valuations you receive from Agents as our selling price in the end was considerably lower than the initial valuation. Overall very happy though
