I would like to thank Ramona and the team at Dixons Coventry who were so supportive of me when I looked to sell my property, my circumstances changed and they helped me re mortgage and took all the stress out of my some what difficult position, When the time is right and I do move, I will have no hesitation in using Dixons.

Myself & my partner have bought and sold a property through the Dixons Coventry team and they have been amazing both times. They recently sold my property over the asking price within 2 days of it being up for sale. Dan Rooney the mortgage adviser then helped us with our mortgage on our new house and got us a better deal than our own bank would offer us! Nothing is ever to much trouble for these guys and they were always willing to help me when I called even chasing the agent we were buying through when I was not able to get an update on the house we were buying. I cant thank you enough and will not look anywhere else when we come to moving again! Thank you

I have dealt with few estate agents recently. Had a worst experiebce with Dixons Coventry. When i phoned to book few viewings, they pressurised me n my husband to go through mortgage with their mortgage consultant. I already had mortgage in principle ready so i dint want another credit check. Eddy Johnson in Dixons advised that they give preference to those who take mortgage through them. When i said no they called me after 5 mins and said that prop is sold. Next day i went to see other properties , no one came to giv access and when i rang Dixons they said the both properties are sold too. They said they left a voicemail to advise us but i had nothing. They are running their own business . I am not sure if the owners of properties are aware that they dont even let anyone view until u book a mort appt. all other estate agents are great as they get happy when u tell them that your mortgage in principle is ready. Would never contact Dixons again.

Take if of the market.. so no one can view it and we would reduce the price.. Scammers. Keep away from these guys..if you want to get market price for you property.

Absolutely over the moon with my house sale. I have sold quite a few property's before and I can honestly say that this was the most stress free sale I have completed. Ramona and her team were excellent in every aspect of the sale. They always answered all my queries and made my house sale feel very personal. I will use no other estate agents than Dixons in any future house sales I undertake. 10/10 all round.

We decided on Dixons as we'd had a leaflet through specifically noting they had someone interested in a house in our street, and we'd also seen a few Dixons 'Sold' signs so thought it was a good start.
The first impressions of Dixons were very good, and continued positively as the whole team were friendly and helpful, appointments kept and even saved us a considerable amount as we were going to decorate before going on the market (just like those TV shows say), but their valuation expert reassured us that the house was in good decorative order and we essentially only had to keep it clean and decluttered.
The valuation they gave was spot on to what I'd researched, their fee fair and told them to sell it quick and for the best price. After only 3 days on the market we had 10 viewings and 2 serious offers, 1 at the full asking price. As they had already vetted the buyers we knew they were serious. I had full confidence in Ramona and her team, so when our visas came through, I knew that I could leave them the keys and chase the solicitors to see it through.
Through no fault of Dixons the sale did fall through, but they had other buyer in days and actually managed to get us �7k more than the last sale agreed. They continued to check on the property and even feed our fish! I am happy to say we completed on our house last week.
They are a fantastic team who will do their best for you whether buying or selling and if they had an office here in Australia, I would choose them without hesitation. They've certainly restored my faith in estate agents, demonstrating that they are a cut above the rest!

I cannot rate Dixons Coventry highly enough. As first time buyers, we had very little understanding of the processes involved when purchasing a property. Dixons pro actively contacted us on a regular basis to provide us updates on the buying process. In addition, they consistently chased up both the vendor and the vendor's solicitors with regards to issues which were slowing up the transaction. This was particularly helpful, as towards the end of the buying process we were working to quite a tight deadline with regards to moving out of our current property. A huge thank you to all of the staff who helped to make a particularly stressful process (no fault of Dixons), a lot more plain sailing.
