We had a terrific relationship with Clive and Marie. They were professional at all times and did all they could to ensure our sale went through, under some very frustrating times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Balgores, South Woodham Ferrers and all the staff to family and friends.

A huge thank you to the team at Balgores South Woodham.
They helped us sell and move house. From start to finish they were fantastic. Every stage and every member of the team I dealt with was first class.
Paul with putting our house on the market and helping us in search for our new house, Tom with his help with viewings, communications and offers and Marie who progressed the whole sale. Without Marie’s help I’m not sure we would of made the deadline and I’m sure we would still be waiting for an exchange.
All were truly brilliant and please do not hesitate to deal with them in the future. The best estate agents team I have dealt with and very fairly priced as well.
Absolutely amazing and thank you all for your assistance!

Clive was very professional and we knew we were in safe hands at the first stages of the journey during our initial property valuation.
Tom Brockman was able to answer all our questions and concerns in a very calming and reassuring manner, from booking to conducting viewings.
Marie’s part in our sale and purchase with Balgores was the most detrimental part of our move especially during these testing times, her endless persistence and tact through the chain ensured we successfully completed in a time of uncertainty.
We can’t thank manager Paul and he’s fantastic team at the Swf branch enough!
We would 100% recommended this very customer focused team.

Balgores had helped other members of my family in selling before.
When I chose to put my property on the market I had no hesitation in going straight to them.
The service from start to finish is totally professional, respecting your concerns, offering excellent advice and always in a friendly manner, no matter what time you may be calling or contacting.
They work in a swift yet thoroughly efficient manner without pressure in the first stages of valuing your property, giving advice and you time to choose as to how you wish to proceed.
Brochures drawn are of exceptional quality and every stage is checked with yourself before moving on. If you weren't to be happy then they aren't.
Their team holds excellent knowledge of high calibre in this entire field which is often somewhat bewildering to even people who have moved before and the reassurance along the way & help given exceeds that of other agents I have previously used.
My property was sold due to their contacts and work within a very short space of time and they were then even there to give me advice on buying, even though it was not through their agents.
As always in our laws and legislation of property here in the UK, problems can arise. Whenever they did they were constantly chasing the necessary issues at other ends and always keeping me informed literally doing everything they could.
This article only lets you list two names. I am undoubtedly grateful to them, but just wish I could list the entire team . Everyone is kept up to date on your case with your privacy respected and any member of staff had always been able to continue dealing with progress if for any reason another member of the team was out of office. It really is a huge thank you to all, each and everyone of them.
My sale progressed on with exchange in very efficient timing. I feel had been in others hands this may not have necessarily been the case.
I cant recommend the team enough for all they have done and would never hesitate in doing so to to any person looking to move or buy.

The fees are steeper than other agents in the town. the difference is that Balgores have been prepared to work for the money and as such they have been good value for the money.
