Lucy, Clive, Marie and Dean at the South Woodham Office were efficient, professional and approachable, They kept us informed throughout the sale of our property and remained polite, patient and professional even when situations beyond their control caused complications. Their good relationship with other agents and solicitors meant they were able to check the progress of our transaction effectively and were able to provide up-to-date progress reports regularly. We were first time buyers and was worried about dealing with Estate Agents due to all the horror stories you hear. I am however pleased to say that my experience with Balgores was a very positive one and I will definitely be using them when I come to look for my next property.
Everyone at Balgores was very supportive throughout the process and we also had the added benefit of using Balgores recommended solicitor (Advantage Property Lawyers) who's service was also second to none. The main benefit was that we had Marie Ball (Balgores) to chase the solicitors when needed which was very helpful especially as first time buyers who had no real idea of what we needed to do!
Lucy Bright (Balgores) was also a huge help throughout the process who firstly recommended us to Michael Gibbon (Balgores) who organised a very good deal on our mortgage and offered great advice about insurances. Lucy also took the time to call to make sure we are all settled into our place weeks after the sale was complete which I thought was excellent after care.
All in all I would highly recommend this Estate Agent as a very friendly business that will give help and support throughout what I'm sure normally can be quite a stressful process if you deal with the wrong agent. Thankfully, we chose the right agency to handle our first time buy experience.

From the quality of the details that were produced for my property, the marketing on line via the various property portals, the accompanied viewings provided, the feedback from the viewers and the negotiation on the offers received, Dean, Clive and Lucy are a credit to the company, all very polite, knowledgeable and kept in constant contact throughout the marketing period, ao I knew I was in safe hands. I must also make a special mention about Marie, who went above and beyond the call of duty in progressing the sale and purchase from the moment we accepted the offer to the day we collected the keys to our new home. Maries updates were informative, updated me on any steps I needed to take to progress the transaction to smooth conclusion and also advised me of how the rest of the chain were progressing. Again like her colleagues, Marie is a major asset to the company and a pleasure to deal with. The transaction was completed in 9 weeks, which involved 6 properties and without Dean, Clive, Lucy and Marie, I don't think it would have got to completion anywhere near as swiftly.
