My experience with Preston Baker has been so beautiful as not only Sam but Ashley, Rebecca and Charlotte supported me through a very difficult and a huge time of my life which was to sell my house. The journey was a little bumpy but if it wasn't for these guys I don't think I would have gone through till the end. So Thank you So Very Much Guys you all have been incredibly helpful to us thoroughout the journey of this sale making me stay and feel positive. I am so glad I chose Preston Baker! Clearly experienced in their field, communication was always brief and to the point.

Received a prompt, professional and friendly service from this branch who went out their way to accommodate me. After dealing with most of the other large agents in Sheffield during our search their approach was very refreshing. We were purchasers and unfortunately we didn't go ahead with the property, but I wouldn't hesitate to approach Preston and Baker for our own estate agent needs in the future based on the service I received.

The Preston Baker team were excellent start to finish. We chose the company as the brand seemed elevated compared to the competition, and the service received confirmed we'd made the correct choice. We completed in around 6 weeks which was testament to their skill, and achieved a sale at 20% over asking price which I've never heard anything akin to. All in all as good as it gets.
