The worst agent I have ever dealt with. Unwilling to accommodate anything to help either us as prospective tenants or their landlord client. Avoid like the plague.

The staff at ELR have become quite accustomed to my frantic and never ending questions over the period of months that our house has been on sale. As we are now in the final throes if selling think I ought to say how grateful we are for their professionalism, thoughtfulness and diligence throughout that period. We used them on our last house sale as well as this and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Thanks to all - especially the girls at banner cross.

We have sold our Property vis ELR recently. From marketing to negotiation and completion James Ross and his team were superb and very professional. I have dealt with several estate agents in Sheffield before but I must comment that in my experience they are the best in communication and efficiency in getting this sorted. At a time when one cannot trust estate agents ELR has acted with integrity and won me over. I highly recommend ELR.
