I have used many estate agents over the years and seekers has been one of the best. So supportive and always understanding. Carly and the rest of the team have been a pleasure. Never had any trouble with them. Sad to leave the current house that we are in. But its time to leave! All the best seekers!

It's a rare combination to find yourself dealing with an individual who is both professional and friendly, which Rachel is.
Moving home is known to be one of the most pressurised experiences and having had a somewhat horrific experience with a previous estate Agent I was somewhat cautious, to say the least, from the get go Rachel single handily restored my faith and she alone has given me the confidence to not fear the whole process and thus given me the necessary confidence with Seekers.
Previously, I have been left waiting outside of properties as the agents have not turned up, I have had to chase them, Rachel had confirmed my appointment before hand and was there ready and waiting with a friendly smile...thus building an immediate rapport. I was on unfamiliar terriortory but Rachel made it feel like home, wasn't pushy or 'fake which was the case of a larger well known Estate Agent that I had viewed another property with.
Rachel knew when to take a step back and when to take a step forward which displayed not only good manners but excellent outstanding people skills.
I have 100% confidence in Rachel and 100% confidence in Seekers therefore laying down a good strong foundation to enable all parties to move forward.

I have been a buy to let landlord for ten years now and have used Seekers as my manageing agent since the begining. They are a friendly, approachable and professional company who deal with all the issues that arise promptly and efficiently. They take the hassle out of renting property and contact me when there are problems for me to decide how to proceed. One of my flats has been particularly problematic and they have worked extremely hard to liase with the tenants and maintain a positive relationship.
