Absolutely shocking service - was told a few times they were poor but because they are local o thought I would give them a go - wow how wrong was I !! Arranged for them to come and value my property and they just didn't turn up - rang them emailed them and still a week later not had an apology - total waste of my time and absolutely disgusting that they can't even reply never mind apologise - what a waste of space this lot are and no wonder they have a shocking reputation.
