We were shown our flat by Aislinn from the West End office. She was helpful and friendly from the start, offering to send us a video viewing of the property as we couldn't make it down to London immediately. The property was in high demand so we did have to make a quick decision after we viewed in person but we never felt rushed by Aislinn, she conveyed the need to act fast without being pushy. Once our offer was accepted Aislinn took us back to the property and lent us a tape measure so that we could measure up for our furniture. The whole process was very quick and easy, and it was a pleasure to deal with Aislinn. I would recommend Stirling Ackroyd West End to anyone looking for a property in the area.

Henry helped me secure an amazing flat in Central London and arranged for me to agree terms, sign the contract and move in in literally less than 24 hours!
He was very instrumental and effective in dealing with an extremely challenging situation with a stubborn and greedy landlord, after which he found the dream flat for me!
He managed to quickly and effectively turn things around and arrange for me to quickly come out of an arrangement that would have been highly unfair and detrimental on the long term.
In this highly distorted property market where lanlords have the upperhand and not all but some of them are trying to take advantage each occasion they get, I strongly felt that Henry understood and looked after my needs and requirements as a tenant the whole time and through his own actions and efforts, made the whole process fair by leveling the playing field. Henry made me feel respected and valued as a tenant client during the whole process and this is such a wonderful and rare experience!
Henry has proven very powerful, insightful and highly resourceful and fully exceeded my expectations!
He even managed to secure a better flat for me than I initially thought possible and achievable for my budget, which was an unexpected and welcome surprise.
I cannot recommend Henry highly enough. His approach and method are highly efficient and effective. His ability to remain calm and in control while dealing with difficult people and tense situations and coming up with positive and better solutions is trully remarkable and inspiring.

In hindsight, as I enter a tenancy agreement with them as management of the property am renting, I somehow regret having made this choice. While I understand the complexity of property management, I wanted to make sure note was taken about the poor service received thus far: poor timing and quality in the communications, unprofessional, pushy staff, vague answers or justifications, and all in all, the feeling that management here couldn't care less about the tenants. If things do not change here, I'd suggest this company to be avoided.
