I was renting out a property for the first time and one of the neighbours recommended Winkworths as the letting agency. The first person I had contact with at the Beckenham branch was Gina Cullen, who was so patient and explained everything from contracts to finding the right tenant. Recently in the last couple of years my contact has been with Laura Baines who I cannot praise enough for her lovely manner in dealing with all aspects of management, and her professionalism in all matters, the most efficient person I have ever had dealings with. I am very lucky to have the Beckenham branch of Winkworths as my property agent and would recommend to anyone.

Based on my experience with Winkworth Beckenham, I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone who intends to rent out their property. Based on my experience with Winkworth Beckenham, I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone who intends to rent out their property. It was the first time for us to let our home and we rented it out with some furniture. When the tenants vacated the property, they walked away with the furniture and the attempts made afterwards to recover it were in vain. We had to spend over £1,200 to replace the furniture. What is perhaps even more concerning is that Winkworth Beckenham found another property for the tenants in question, in full knowledge that they were not people of integrity.

I am happy to recommend Winkworth letting agents in Beckenham. All staff that I have had dealings with have been very professional , experienced, friendly and prompt in dealing with matters . They are helpful and pro active and communication is excellent, keeping everyone up to date . They listened to our requirements and found the appropriate clients to fit them. Their invoicing / accounting systems are very efficient and easily understandable. The tradesmen that have been recommended by them usually respond in good time, have done a good job and are usually reasonably priced. We have had bad experience of letting agents in the past, but Anthony, Laura and the rest of the staff at Winkworths Beckenham have restored our faith in letting agents and take the strain out of letting our property. Many thanks to you all and carry on with the good work.
