I have been using Capital for several years now on a let only basis for a couple of but to let's. Joe and Ryan always come up with suitable tenants and the prices are competitive, the service professional. You will not be disappointed with this company, they are second to none

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Hannah and the Capital Estate Agents Property Management team such an efficient service. I had been experiencing constant issues with my smoke alarms due to a battery fault and Hannah kindly came to my aid to help resolve the situation. Not only was she able to disable the alarms, but she even went above and beyond to back that same evening with some replacement alarms, which I really appreciated. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable, which is very rare these days in terms of customer service. The Property Management team are always very friendly and professional. I'm confident that I have any issues, I can contact them and know that they will do their very best to get it sorted with efficiency.

I have been renting with capital for over 5 years and i must say they very good.
Especially a guy name Ryan Willingale who is the letting manager his very profesional at his job very friendly polite and great sense of humor. Anything i needed done Ryan will always get it done no matter how buzy they are this guy always sorts the problems out.
Im very happy to be part of tenants with guys like this weldone Ryan.

We were frustrated with the corporate Countrywide “set menu†offered by many of the so-called local agents in Bromley. Capital crafted an “ala carte†full management package unique to what our property would brings to their portfolio.

My wife and I first time landlords letting our family home in Bromley North and we had plenty of misgivings. We went through 5 other agents in Bromley before eventually striking gold with Capital.
On level of rental income Rob's team delivered what he originally promised. They used a professional photographer and the superb photos really sold our property. We were very impressed by all members of Rob's team we had the pleasure to meet.
I'm a bit of a control freak and my only criticism is the steps to get on the market, weren't made crystal clear in advance. We had expected to be able to review and sign off a draft of our listing before it went live on rightmove and zoopla. As it was his son Jack gave an excellent write up overall, with just a few detail that needed correcting after the fact!
Ryan is the youngest member of the lettings team in Bromley and carried out all the viewings, but and we quickly learnt to trust his gut feeling. My background is corporate and I was hoping to find another Canary Wharf commuter. However Ryan was sure the he had the perfect self employed couple and it turned out he was right!
Our tenants have been in a couple of months now and we've just started interacting with Amber and the property management team. So far very pleased with their attention to minor but crucial maintenance vital to preserving the integrity of our property.
