Fairly unresponsive to emails and returning calls in a timely manor. If using them for a fully managed service, they have no filter to the tenants request no matter how silly it is so you may as well be managing the tenant directly. Joanna, the only employee working for the 2 owners doesn't seem to have her own email address and she often has to email via one of the owners email accounts which I thought was weird. Finally, they're not very good at filling properties
