Very dissapointing service. I pay acorn Each month to park my car at my property I currently rent. Little did I know it's ''managed'' by a third party. My permit accidentally fell off the dashboard/windscreen. I received a penalty charge notice from the ''third party'', which I appealed, and lost my right to appeal. I then spoke to two females, one who was apparently the manager. Her customer service was so poor, she lacked diplomacy and empathy skills. I then said that's appalling customer service m, goodbye, she then terminated the call and bye sarcasticly.

It is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any tenancy. The lifts have only just begun to function and are still a bit dodgy after breaking down completely last June. For half the year the building had no working lifts. There are 10 floors. Repairs within the flats...they did not... Read Full Review
