A team of incredibly helpful, hard-working and committed staff who help to make an extremely stressful experience go as smoothly as possible. They are thoroughly professional and understanding and always up to date with feedback and viewings. Jess gives 101% in everything she does and definitely makes you, as a customer, feel special. We have had a terrible experience with Preston baker. We just moved to the Uk on business with my husbands company. We were promised the rental would be cleaned before we moved in. But of course it was a total disaster. Then within the first week we woke up to a leak coming from the kitchen ceiling and we notified Preston baker immediately and nothing happened. 8 weeks have gone by and it still isn’t fixed. We have called emailed with zero responses other than. “Oh yeah we are working on getting someone out there to look at that!” I even cried on the phone to our letting agent and she completely dismissed me. We have found several spots of mould in our babies room. We feel completely stuck and Preston baker has been awful. It’s really left a bad taste in our mouth about rentals in the Uk. Really poor service.

A complete waste of 9 months of our lives.
Having read positive reviews about the agency, we put the house on the market with them in early 2017. In November we received an acceptable offer but from a buyer we weren't sure was serious, after having viewed the house once.
However, the agency assured us and congratulated us on the sale of the house. What followed was by and large 2 and a half months of complete silence, at which point we signed the contract and suggested a completion date a couple of weeks later. It was only then that the buyer decided to start the survey process and began to attempt to renegotiate the price, amongst other things. The buyer was a first time buyer, with limited knowledge of the process and she received little help or advice from the agents over the 10 weeks following the acceptance. The sale fell through 3 days after we had actually proposed to complete and was completely mismanaged from beginning to end.
And even after all that, whilst we were desperate to get the house straight back on the market, despite asking them for help, they just refused to allow us to speak to any other agencies until after very last day of the notice period was up. Heartless and unnecessarily cruel.

I have been searching for a property for some time and have dealt with Jess for predominantly all viewings and enquiries. She is completely professional and knowledgeable, and really goes out of her way to deliver. I felt comfortable being able to approach Jess with any queries I had, and felt able to be open and honest about my needs and opinions on properties. Jess really goes out of her way to get to know customers to make sure she can give them the best possible service and advice. They did exactly what they promised and the viewings quickly and regularly flooded in due to their proactive and personal ways of working. We sold our house and received the full asking price. My house went up for sale with Preston Baker on Boxing Day and Mark Kay had sold it within the first week of January, what was remarkable about this is that it had been up for sale over a year with other agents with no offers anywhere near the price Mark managed to achieve. He really impressed with his friendly approachability and positive 'can do' attitude. I am already recommending the agency to all my friends and would certainly hope to use Mark again if the need arises. The whole sale has been relatively hassle free and the odd extra call I received was certainly appreciated. Thank You Mark and the teams of Preston Baker Headingley and Moortown. The true test for me was I never had to ask him twice to do anything!

After finding a property Preston baker headlingly had listed we decided to go ahead with the purchase of the property. Preston baker was great from start to finish although the process didn't run smoothly through no fault of Preston baker they always did there best to get over and problems we had. Jess Fox was the estate agent that dealt with our case and did a fantastic job. Great communication throughout the whole process! We used Shaun Cryer the in branch financial advisor who was also great! Can't recommend the Preston baker team at headingly enough!!
