All the costs associated with letting a house were clearly explained to me and I never felt any pressure to take any additional services.
With Nicholas Humphreys expert marketing approach the house was let within a few days. Ben has continued to offer his help whenever it is needed, which I appreciate.

She went above and beyond what she really had to do and advised the vendor and myself on student rented property legislation. And then was the main point of contact, liaising with all parties on price changes and the planning application through to completion.
