We had been looking for our new home for some time. Kayleigh had always been very helpful in our search but our dreams were limited to a handful of properties. When such a proprty came to market Kayleigh did all she could to help us secure what we wanted. It is so very rare to find great customer service these days, but from the day Gary from Simon Miller came round to my house to value my home and offer some honest advice I knew that I had chosen the right agent. I had been recommend to have 3 agents round to value my home, the amount of research the Gary had carried out was impressive to say the least and it like the other agents had really bothered. Once I had decided on Simon Miller to sell my home I then came in to contact with Robert, he again impressed me and showed empathy and understanding to my slightly difficult position. Robert found me a buyer within 2 weeks of marketing and handling the whole process with the utmost professionalism and both him and Gary were always on hand to offer advice and assistance wherever needed. Simon Miller REALLY do what they say they are going to do. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Kayleigh Stevens introduced us to a property that she thought would suit my husband's mobility issues. We moved in recently and have found the house to be exactly right. To me it's very good I looked at other estate agents and saw properties on the market for so long but noted I didn't see to many from Simon Miller... why because they sell so quickly they focus on seller and buyer and it shows.

We are purchasing through SM at the Snodland Branch. Lydia has been amazing. The sales process with Simon Millers and Kayleigh in particular, was nothing short of exceptional, it was just what was needed in one of the most stressful of times. I have had experiences with other local estate agents in the past who have over priced my properties and laid false claims to viewings, no such things here, I sold my property in weeks at a price above that which was advertised and my personal expectations.

We had spent a year looking to buy in Croydon / Coulsdon, however due to a change my partner and I started to look at Snodland
The first impression was over the phone which was not only very positive, but also very relaxed and that was a huge change compared to the countless estate agents we had spoken to before
After a week and viewing three houses we had decided on a two bedroom terrace house that ended up being the first we viewed
Throughout the process Gary the branch manager made everything very straight forward even when our solicitor we used was totally useless and beyond incompetent Gary kept us up to date and informed. If we ever called and Gary was busy or out the other staff at the branch knew everything and did not hesitate to advice or assist
Now we have been living in Snodland for just over three months we are so please to have met Gary and his team and he is more then welcome to pop down for a cup of tea

Having previously sold a property through Simon Miller before, I had no reservations selling with them again. Although their fees are higher than other agents, I 100% believe this will be reflected in the service you receive. I have never known an agent work as hard as Gary did to ensure the smooth sale and completion of my property. My husband and are in the process of purchasing a property through the Snodland branch of Simon Miller.
Throughout this whole process I have dealing with Gary & Joe, more so Gary recently. Whilst as the purchaser we not paying the fee, the service we have received has been impeccable and they have been doing more of the leg work for us than the estate agents we are selling our property through.
This is an estate agent we would 100% recommend using and should we ever need to move again we would have no hesitation in using these. Customer service is priceless, they have definitely gone above and beyond and always made us feel like we were their only customer. Extremely happy customers and cannot thank them enough.

A fixed fee, which I was happy with but the figure was a little high, and there wasn't a lot of scope for negotiation and I wasn't offered a fee based on property sale price. Being the first time we had sold a property I was probably a little green on this and should have looked at alternative agents pricing.

I was very pleased with the extra attention chasing the rest of the chain concerned during my sale and purchase. Joe was persistent in trying to contact people leading up to the final Exchange today. It has taken 4 months, longer than normal, due to the 1st time buyers, and/or their Solicitor, at end of chain not replying and returning their Contract delaying everybody. Well done to whole team.
