I used Barratt Sales and Lettings for renting my property and then selling it. I found both departments to be highly knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. The sale went through with no hitches despite it being tenanted at the time and in the Covid 19 virus lockdowns. Karl in Sales worked hard to get tenant to respond to viewing requests etc. Cannot fault them and would highly recommend them.

I moved out from the place I was renting, the deposit was given straight away not like other landlords and if any problems in the place, got fixed as soon as or taken care of.
The service Nicole provides, all landlords should be like this or has someone who deals with the lettings like this.
I must admit the best yet, also lovely lady.

Nicole assisted me in letting out a new HMO and has been brilliant in finding excellent tenants, guiding them through the process in a friendly and efficient manner.
