I contacted this agent via Rightmove for additional details of an apartment. A busy job means I couldn't answer their calls, nor was I in a position to engage with a single agent at this time. I responded to their email later explaining all of this and that I just wanted details. This was ignored, presumably because I wasn't ready to proceed immediately. A further email backed up with an additional request via Rightmove didn't seem to even warrant the courtesy of a reply and were also ignored. As a private landlord who owns several properties and has had numerous dealings with different agents over many years, this is the first time I have been completely ignored. I would not now buy through this company and certainly would not instruct them with a sale. A very poor approach to customer service.
