I found Mark and David to be highly professional and easy to deal with throughout the sales process. We asked Franklyn James for a valuation nearly a year ago. Mark came to look at the flat. He arrived promptly, gave us advice as to our options and gave a realistic valuation. He was obviously familiar with the area and what could be achieved. We were acting for a friend under a Court of Protection Order so the process was considerably drawn out and we were not able to put the property on the market until many months later. Mark kept in touch in a helpful and friendly way, without making us feel under pressure to get things moving. However, once we were able to put the property on the market we had an offer the following day, and within four days had received an offer for the asking price. After that Mark worked tirelessly to expedite the sale despite problems outside the control of either of us. We have been very pleased with the professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication of Franklyn James in general and of Mark Kimber in particular.

Mark made every effort to make our experience smooth, he kept us very well informed and he assisted us in getting the price we needed for our property.
I recommend Mark and the Franklyn James team (Joe was also very helpful when showing round our buyer and their admin team was very good) and will use them again if we are ever in need of an Estate Agent.
