We can not recommend this agent enough regarding the sale of our apartment. It was not an easy property to sell as 5 bedroom apartments are not highly sought after. They always handled the viewings themselves and informed us of the outcome after each one, we never had to chase them for feedback. They are polite, honest and respectful. We would use them again.

I met Ben because he showed the initiative to realise that my flat was on the market and he approached me direct by by means of delivering a letter. This was not your typical lazy estate agents flyer it was a brochure showing exactly what my flat would look like should Ben market it. Ben took on my sale and I will never use any other estate agent than Ben again. More than anything Bens communication was brilliant, for me that was such an important factor. Ben not only communicated perfectly everything he said to both me and any potential buyers made complete common sense. I cannot recommend Ben highly enough and would encourage anyone looking for an Estate Agent to use Ben without a moments hesitation. I guarantee you having Ben on your side will significantly improve the chance of not only selling your property but also getting the right figure.

We got the house we wanted! Steven and Ben were very helpful and proactive in what turned out to be quite a long protracted process. They managed the situation well and got the deal over the line, not much more you can ask from an estate agent! The lines of communication were always open, even at some ungodly hours! As middlemen, good communication is in my mind the most important aspect of the job, and they did very well in managing what was and can always be, an emotionally charged and trying time. Our family are settled in and enjoying the move to the country, always worth it in the end!

I cannot recommend Simply Homes highly enough, they were absolutely fantastic with the sale of our property and having never sold a property before they helped guide us through the whole process.
I have to specifically mention Ben as he was professional, helpful, friendly and supportive throughout the sale of our home and I felt extremely comfortable and confident knowing that someone like this was marketing our property.
We used another Hertford estate agent originally, who we were not happy with and decided to move to simply homes.....the difference was night and day on every aspect. If we needed to sell our property in the future I would not go anywhere else. Having been shown around other properties with other agents, simply homes are by far the best estate agents in Hertford.

Well where do I start with the praise for Steven and his team at Simply Homes?! From the first moment I walked into their firm I was treated to an amazing welcome and a happy friendly service that continued throughout my experience.
Steven is one of life's most joyous of characters and he made the whole selling of my property run as smoothly and pain-free as possible. He chased things for me whenever it was needed and gave the kick up the backside needed to speed the whole process up, when at times, others in my chain were delaying matters.
The pleasant and gentlemanly Ben was also a treat to deal with. He took over the reigns at viewings and was able to obtain a price for my property which no one ever expected. His enthusiasm and sales ability is something to behold and I cannot speak highly enough of him and everything he done throughout. He was always available on the phone and again chased matters for me whenever it was needed.
Overall it goes without saying that I am so pleased I walked into Simply Homes and chose them to sell my property for me. It really has made one of the most stressful times in anyone's life that much easier and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We sold our family home of 23 years with Simply Homes. The service from Stephen and Ben was exceptional and the sale went through very smoothly. Stephen also found us a very unusual property that I immediately fell in love with and would not have thought of viewing if he hadn't guided us in the right direction! Selling and buying property in the UK can be an extremely difficult and emotional process and estate agents are often criticised for not communicating clearly with their clients. Both Steven and Ben kept us completely up to date with developments and returned texts and telephone calls promptly. Hopefully I won't be requiring their services for a good few years but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell in Hertford. Thank-you!

Simply Homes produced some great quality photographs and written detail of the property for marketing.
They generated a lot of interest and subsequently handled all of the viewings. As a result we found ourselves with two full asking price offers within one week of placing the property on the market.
All went smoothly throughout the selling process, making the sale quite stress free.
I would definitely use this agent again if I were to move home.

Firstly the valuation was spot on unlike other estate agents in the town who were significantly out of touch with house prices. Secondly some amazing photos which really showed the house off well and attracted many viewings. Thirdly the guys at simply homes are fantastic at selling your home as demonstrated by the fact that they were able to sell our property on 3 separate occassions over a short period of time. Unfortunately one of our prospective buyers couldn't get a mortgage and the second was a time waster who changed their mind 2 weeks after their offer was accepted. On each occasion Ben, Costas and Steven were able to re-sell our property quickly at a similar or improved price enabling us to keep our onward chain intact. Finally the price was reasonable, especially for the service from beginning to end which isn't always easy. I would definately recommend giving simply homes a ring.
