Ellisons have been brilliant throughout the sale of my property. They took great pictures on the spot which were really smart and showed the property very nicely. There was no fuss and they made it all so straightforward. I had had a poor experience elsewhere with a different agent previously and I was relieved to find Rob at Ellisons who has been very professional and worked diligently to achieve a sale for me. Rob also kept me sane through the whole process of a chain sale and worked so hard when the first buyer fell through at the last minute. I'm very happy to recommend him if anyone is thinking of putting their property on the market.

I first worked with Rob when buying my first flat in 2013. I was so impressed by his professionalism and helpfulness that I got in touch straight away when recently selling the same flat. As previously, his expert advice and knowledge of the market were invaluable, particularly in a very uncertain market following Brexit. He was also great at keeping me informed throughout the process and dealing with a tricky situation with the buyer that could have caused it all to fall through. With his assistance however the issue was resolved and we completed last week! I would recommend Rob to anyone buying or selling in the area. He's a true professional who cares about his clients and provides a very high quality service.

I've had the pleasure of working with Warren Blake on the sale of my unit. I dealt with Warren from the very beginning of the process. He was very efficient in getting the unit advertised and getting foot traffic through the unit. When it came to agreeing on the purchase price he acted very professionally in negotiating a sale price between myself and the purchaser. The sales process was a very stressful process given it took place during BREXIT. Warren was very attentive towards me as the seller and was very proactive in communicating issues and challenges. Where necessary he was very proactive in contacting the purchaser, the purchaser's solicitor and my solicitor. This was critical to progressing the sale and ensuring we got the sale completed. Warren was key to the sale and his effort and focus ensured the sale completed. I would highly rate and recommend him. It's been a pleasure dealing with him.

Excellent service, good advice about the area, local amenities,transport links, etc. We were kept informed
at all times and the purchase went through very smoothly and we closed the deal quickly. He even helped us with the mortgage by recommending a good mortgage broker.
