I started to let my property in Walthamstow with Justin Reynolds about 10 months ago.
I have been letting properties for past 20 years and dealt with a number of agencies in that time, some managed and some let only.
I negotiated a fully managed service and have been looked after initial by Justin Reynolds and now by Hillary Laviniere and quite simply the service form both has been outstanding.
Professional service, cost effective and streets ahead of anyone used previously, service is friendly and super efficient
I cannot recommend your service highly enough, I am a busy individual, using the fully managed service and now seeing that your maintenance fess for third party suppliers are very reasonable compared to other agents is a weight of my mind as other agents have be charging me extortionate amounts for basic maintenance.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Olcay Aksu, who helped me purchase a 1 bed flat in E14, London. I'm pleased to say he went beyond the call of duty to ensure the sale happened smoothly and quickly.

We purchased our apartment in London in 1998 and appointed Elizabeth Pryce as our managing agent in 2000. We could not be happier with the service provided and especially that of the branch manager Paul Rooke. Over many years Paul's work has been excellent and he continues to provide fantastic support. Just recently we refurbished the bathroom and it was all arranged and sorted by Paul to the highest standards while we sat back overseas and left it to Elizabeth Pryce. In fact all the staff we deal with at EP have been excellent and we are very comfortable knowing our property is being looked after by the wonderful company.
