I recently sold my property in Fair Oak. I hadn't purchased or sold for many years and wasn't looking forward to the prospect. I was really wanting to sell the property and ended up with some potentially quite slow buyers. Carla did a great job in chasing them and the solicitors. I was really wanting to sell the property and ended up with some potentially quite slow buyers. Carla did a great job in chasing them and the solicitors. The fees were the most competitive offered after getting quotes from 5 agents, covering all our requirements.

For the sale the staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help, Their services extended outside of the normal sales process, and they have less of a Corporate, more of a personal approach - I'd be more than happy to use them again.
