I sold my property through Enfields, Shirley earlier this year. Will was excellent in advising on how when to present and market the property. Which, after a week of marketing, he and the team had sold in under 24 hours after the first open house. For more than we'd asked. Charlie offered good support throughout the sales process.

We have had the most horrendous experience with both the agents and the landlord. The landlord has been transphobic and homophobic. To sell our house in Southampton, we read reviews and shortlisted 5, inviting each for valuation. Enfields were the most realistic and professional, and the least 'corporate'. It took 9 months in a falling market, the buyers' solicitors were inefficient, ours were OK but the Enfields team were there at every step and setback to help and reassure us. Easy to contact, they kept in good communication throughout, made helpful suggestions and turned a potential nightmare into a reasonably unstressed process. Shaun Jordan was particularly helpful, Sam Binnington kept the wheels rolling smoothly, Will Piercy did an excellent valuation and first consultation. Would use again if we still lived in the area.

Good service received from Enfields initially from Will then from Sam with all the viewings and then from Shaun at the conveyancing stage. Always acted promptly, kept me informed and friendly. Very pleased with the quality of the property details and photos. Didn't bully me but gave guidance and then let me make my own decisions. Enfields arranged quite a few viewings and I accepted an offer, exchanged contracts and completed all within 11 weeks from house going on the market.

Over the past year we've viewed multiple properties with every agent in Southampton, however Enfields were in a class of their own, in particular Sam and Charlie. They were always punctual to the viewings, knowledgeable about the properties and patient with our questions and concerns. They are professional, smart and courteous.
They always phoned before viewings to confirm access and bent over backwards to make a viewing possible.
Sam and Charlie are the only agents who have actually listened to my requests and kept me informed about properties suitable for me. This saved a lot of time.
I have not been inundated with unnecessary emails or calls about mortgage brokers or other services, which has put me off searching with their competitors.
Enfields also don't display properties which are actually STC as still available, and this allows me to take them seriously. Some of their competitors leave them on and, as a buyer, I now ignore those agents.
Overall, I'm very happy to purchase a property with them and if we decide to sell, I will use them as their strategy will definitely find the best buyer for me.

I found Shaun always easy to get hold of when i needed. He was professional and pleasant to deal with also.
Most importantly for me, he was always keen and helpful to find solutions to any problems that came up.
On one occasion he even found out some information for me we needed even though it wasn't really his responsibility to do so. This extra service helped us out a lot.
All the agents i met during this process displayed good professionalism and competence which is reassuring when dealing with such serious decisions and large amounts of money.
