Very genuine and caring Branch of Dixons. Excellent professional knowledgeable team who are always open honest about all aspects of property selling/purchasing. Would always recommend this Branch and if ever seek to move Dixons always be first and only choice

Very impressed with the service from Dixons, especially from Jessica Ali and her team. I rent 2 properties from them both times I was extremely impressed with their professional approach and attitude. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so enthusiastic and helpful compared to other estate agents I have dealt with. Her professional and friendly service made the process easy. Huge thanks to Dixons for their hard work and great service!

Absolutely terrible. Agreed a viewing 24 hours beforehand so my husband and I both arranged to take time off and car share which left me with no transportation for the day - but meant that my husband could have half day (he is self employed so this goes unpaid). Absolutely terrible. Agreed a viewing 24 hours beforehand so my husband and I both arranged to take time off and car share which left me with no transportation for the day - but meant that my husband could have half day (he is self employed so this goes unpaid). Then they decide to call 2 hours before we are due to go to the viewing (my husband is on route to collect me) and cancel because the lady who was meant to be meeting us there can't be bothered to drop the keys back to the office afterwards. Apparently a 20 minute drive is going to have an adverse effect on her weekend plans - but who cares what inconvenience they've caused my husband and I!? The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and aggressive on the phone, she started shouting saying that this lady 'has a three year old daughter to go home to' as if this has any relevance to the situation that they've created! AVOID this agency at all costs - use other letting agencies if you don't want to be let down. It's a good job my phone calls are recorded so I can highlight this terrible treatment to someone higher up and make sure it is not ignored.
