We rented a flat through TMD while our house was undergoing building work. Joel was extremely helpful in arranging the tenancy agreement and Janet looked after us very well for the duration of our tenancy; sending out a plumber promptly when we had a leaking radiator and arranging for an electrician to come at the weekend when a transformer blew.

I would say be cautious of valuations you receive from Agents as our selling price in the end was considerably lower than the initial valuation. Overall very happy though
